We Design & Build effective fluid dispensing paths in drug-coated medical devices applications that requires the ability to accurately and consistently dispense very small volumes of drug. We optimise components of the fluid path to give smooth and uniform coating, avoiding gaps, pooling, or uneven thickness as that could affect how the drug is released. Through our understanding of fluid dynamics and chemical compatibility we ensure the system can handle different formulation viscosities and avoid reactions with the drug or its solvents. Dispensing tips, manifold and assembly architecture ensure full surface coverage of the coating on complex shapes like stents and balloons. We incorporate environmental and atmospheric controls such as temperature and atmosphere regulation to maintain drug stability. By sterilisable or disposable fluid paths we maintain cleanliness and simplify operation. Additionally we address these challenges in advanced material and specialised food coating applications. Our Systems are standalone or integrable and scalable for Automation to improves production speed and consistency.
